I concentrate my practice in the areas of public finance, corporate and real estate transactions. My public finance experience includes representation of issuers of various types of revenue bonds as bond counsel and issuers counsel and representation of indenture trustees. My real estate experience includes representation of buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of residential rental projects, shopping centers, office/warehouse properties and undeveloped acreage as well as the represention of landlords and tenants in the negotiation of office, retail, industrial and mixed-use leases. I also have significant experience advising corporations, partnerships and other business entities in asset acquisitions and sales. I have negotiated and prepared documents for stock and asset transactions, provided counsel to business owners with respect to structure and formation of entities, buy-sell agreements and issues that arise in the operation of a commercial enterprise.Specialties: Affordable Housing, Private and Charter School and Special Venue financings
