Using ADDIE approach, responsible for implementing and maintaining more than twenty operator level courses. Courses range from entry level positions to senior level. Through analysis of operating procedures, interacts with subject matter experts and engineers to correct deficiencies and streamline process applications. Training involves both classroom and simulator courseware. Through the use of P&IDs, mockups, games, cross-word puzzles, interactive discussions, posters and other teaching aides, enures students grasp new concepts throughout the class.

Pine Bluff, Arkansas Area

Courseware analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, exercise development, IACET supervision.Modified and provided training to more than one thousand firefighters stationed at U.S. Army bases around the world. Was instrumental in translating and modifying courses that provided both Korean and English langauge for ease of understanding. Letter of appreciation from management after those courses became key part of English as a Second Langauge course for those firefighters.

As Manager of the Indiana State Department of Health's Public Health Emergency Response program, duties included oversight of staffing for 10 regional offices involving 4 staff at each office. The local office consisted of a manager, a Training Coordinator, a Planning Coordinator and a Procedures Specialist. These individuals were responsible with working with local and state points of contact to improve emergency response and recovery planning and implementation.My responsibities included oversight of the office managers, working with office managers to promote skills improvement of their employees, verifying typical managerial requirements were completed, screening and interviewing potential candidates, monitoring office budget, interacting with state ISDH representatives and sub contractors, and other duties as required.
