Personally, received a sales & marketing award for an innovative solution to a licensing issue that was blocking Azure sales in the Education sector.

Led the UK wide go-to-market initiative for Private Cloud messaging focused on Windows Server and System Center, working across UK field sales, marketing, and partner organizations. Led and developed IaaS, PaaS and SaaS GTM messaging. Partnered with HP and Dell, to deliver a joint marketing plan and sales pipeline management partnership.

Collaborated with WW CPE teams to deliver a Microsoft employee program to 23 countries. Led a team of 15 to build a website incorporating a programmatically definable product that delivered solutions for 23 countries in 7 languages across EMEA, Asia and the US. Managed a budget of $3m. Delivered a Personal Charter tool across EMEA, and in doing so received a subsidiary-level Gold Star award.
