• Responsible for the execution of planned $2.0B diesel engine joint venture project in the RU/CIS region that includes all aspects of business creation, startup, greenfield design, technology transfer, and operationalization of the business• Provide strategic commercial and operational support to locomotive assembly JV in Kazakhstan and well as Service Shop startup in prior Kazakhstan engine JV site.• Deliver results in an extremely uncertain region• Lead regular executive review sessions with Senior Leadership of all Partners• Establish an environment where project requirements are both consistent with GE business needs as well as the independent JV needs• Responsible for maintaining execution timeline and priorities• Manage programs to approved processes and break down barriers where gaps exist• Assisting JV with creation of annual operating plans and ensure proper coordination with GET commercial and supply chain teams• Formulating strategy and providing business leadership to program management teams of partners• Formulating strategies around economic and currency volatility• Escalating critical issues and implementing strategies for their timely resolution• Guiding discussions bringing strategic vision to operational reality
