Works independently to plan, monitor, and manage multiple, diverse medium to large projects of high complexity across multiple teams, departments, service centers and client locations that have a direct impact on the organization.Acts as single point of accountability on assigned projects, secures required resources, uses Parallon Project Services project controls and standards, and ensures on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs. Builds strategic work relationships with Parallon, Service Center, Division, HCA, Facility or other client stakeholders. Provides guideline documents such as project charters, education and communication plans, detailed project plans, and project presentations. Identifies and manages risks, issues, cross-project dependencies, and reports on project status within published schedule. Organizes project activities into manageable work efforts for team members and determines an effective approach to completing the work, as outlined in project plan. Proactively communicates with stakeholders to manage business owner and team member relationships, and facilitates decision-making that is required to accomplish project objectives. Identifies, manages and monitors completion of deliverables throughout project life-cycle.
