Technical Project Manager of an ERP migration project consisting of 8 divisions located in the US and Canada driving success in every aspect of this key business project. Day to day, I help align this project with business goals, construct detailed work plans, manage teams and milestones, and communicate the results across a stakeholder audience.My IT and technical background are an asset being used to assist in getting the best out of both people and the project. My goal is keeping the project on budget and schedule, and working toward high efficiencies and flawless execution.

My team's primary focus is to drive operational excellence in the support for all ITW Welding business applications. Driving a structure for consistent project management practices within the IT organization, talent management and development are all key metrics of my success.

I was hired as technical trainer out of college, then advanced into System Engineer for a company called Office Technology. The main focus of my System Engineer role was installation and support of Novell Server and eDirectory installations, technical training of local Administrators, and installation of software solutions in various academic and educational arenas.
