Maintained primary oversight of operations flight at Special Tactics squadron with 176 personnel and an annual budget of over 11 million dollars.Coordinated tactical and operational training, deconflicted squadron resources, managed operation risk management & enforced training guidance.Directs Special Tactics squadron operations in support of joint special operations tasking in multiple theaters of operations.Oversaw 150-day squadron alert; deployed personnel recovery team under 12 hours--thwarted high-profile terrorist attack.
