UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter Senior Instructor Pilot and Instrument Flight Instructor/Examiner with nine years experience in flight and 12 years experience in aviation across the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force. In 2010, I joined the Air Force as a C-17A cargo aircraft Integrated Avionics Technician focusing on GPS, Autopilot, Flight Controls/Computers, Fuel Indicating Systems, and Guidance systems. In 2013, I transferred services to become a Blackhawk pilot progressing to the role of Senior Instructor Pilot with experience in VIP, Assault, and MEDEVAC operations. While assigned overseas to Afghanistan, I was charged with the role of Standardization Instructor Pilot/Chief Flight Instructor responsible for the training, mentorship, and proficiency of over 50 Aviators across five locations.
