As the Manager of the e-commerce division I am a liaison between BTB, DTC 3PL/Fulfillment vendor relationships and various like platforms used to broadcast a wide array digital footprints in the Cyber-verse of Pet Sales. I am hard driven to forward the success of Boss Pet Products/PetEdge LLC and each and ever Vendor within our E-Comm Partnership. Responsibilities include formulating strategies that concern the design and practicality within our own platforms and online shops as well as adjacent vendor platforms. I make daily executive decisions to ensure that these frameworks facilitate the generation of profit. This includes coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivering an optimal experience to customers. It is my role to lead the development and growth of the company’s e-commerce platform and channels with a customer-focused, commercially-driven mindset and developing a brand loyalty with them.This is built on a foundation of over 10+ years at a senior level in Sales and Product Development positions, and experience working with c-Level, in a supervisory role. Five years of Business Schooling between New England College and University of NH graduating with Degree's in both Entrepreneurship Specialization and Operations Management.
