Manage new software implementations and work with stakeholders on project development. • Database Analysis: Use SQL and MS Access to create queries that enable in depth analysis of customer activity and property event success rates.
• Data Distribution: Create data pulls/lists to import into casino gaming, email, and mailhouse systems. Create and deploy lists for player development staff to maintain accurate representation of player information.
• Promotion Maintenance: Develop tracking spreadsheet matrices that allow accurate auditing of offers to guests across multiple systems. Responsible for building and implementing said offers in the casino system.
