Founder & Director of Development for The Skills Society.Clients range from elementary school to the NBA/WNBA. His expertise as a trainer is rooted in years of playing and coaching players at the highest level. The Skills Society provides player development, camps, leagues, and After School Academies.

• In charge of execution of the summer/holiday camps daily schedule and curriculum• Assist in marketing and promotion of Wizards Camps/Clinics• Responsible for recruiting and screening coaches and drill instructors• Represent the Washington Wizards in various community outreach events

• Regular Season Eastern Conference Champions 2010 (Franchise 1st)• Sent 3 players to the 2010 All Star Game in Connecticut (Franchise 1st)• In charge of on-court development, teaching, & instruction (position work)• Developed efficiency formulas to evaluate player’s in-game performances• Organized and oversaw the Male Practice Squad to compete daily• Assisted Head Coach with Offensive and Defensive Philosophy• Provided suggestions and feedback regarding ALL areas of team play (offense, defense, rebounding, transition, drills, players, etc.)• Provided early scouting reports on all Mystics opponents & opposing personnel

Coach Crouch was the Head Coach at Friendship Collegiate Academy,where he guided the Knights to an overall record of 113-27, helping them average over 28 wins per season, and guiding them to 3 straight Top Ten finishes (2007-2010). In 2008, The Knights set a school record by winning 34 games. His teams finished with the highest GPA of all team sports for 3 straight years at Collegiate and generated more scholarships in that span than all other DC Public Schools COMBINED.

Head Assistant under the late Gerald Moore at Friendly HS. There, I helped guide Friendly HS to a 3-year overall record of 77-7, TWO back-to-back Maryland State Championships in 2003 & 2004, and was on the Capital Classic Coaching staff in 2003.
