- Manage a network of over 150 technicians across the continental United States.- Manage an office for a provider of full service GPS tracking and installation programs in order to help provide credit unions, finance companies and other lending institutions the ability to grow their lending portfolios.- Supervise client services representatives- Ensure client satisfaction with companies product or service- Primary point of contact for a client or customer- Direct and control the processing and fulfillment of work orders- Field customer inquiries- Resolve customer complaints- Recruit technicians into expanding and/or currently existing markets- Provide product training to technicians as well as technical support - Develop procedures and establish standards- Supervise field operations
