Fostering solid relationships is often the key to achieving positive results.As Senior Product Manager for Delta Faucet Company, it’s my job to recognize and fill market needs. I develop trade products by surveying our industry partners – always seeking to understand: where we are excelling (or lacking); what the next best thing is going to be; and how we can improve products. I then take this information to our development teams for execution. It might surprise some people, but there’s a high level of creativity involved in plumbing products. We travel internationally to visit showrooms and meet with designers and architects, which is always incredibly inspirational. I work and collaborate with a variety of cross-functional teams, so it’s definitely never boring! Whether it’s at work or at home, I love to have fun. I also enjoy running marathons, and I am passionate about travel (but not as a tourist, more as a “local”), and volunteering whenever I can in support of education for local communities. I really appreciate the freedom I have at Delta. I feel like I have influence within the company and that my voice and opinion genuinely matter. I thrive on bringing people together, having a great time and adding a little levity when I can. My creativity isn’t stifled and I’m never sitting still, which allows me to contribute in a meaningful way to my team.
