Billing Analyst and Procurement Professional specializing in receivables, payables, purchasing and procurement, contract negotiation and management, and project implementation.As the Billing Specialist with Earth Class Mail, a SaaS company, I am responsible for all billing, receivables, and collections aspects of the organization. Reporting directly to the VP of Customer Success, I maintain and oversee processes for auditing and improving efficiencies and functionality of billing system. I work closely with revenue operations to ensure accurate reporting of financials as a product of billing configurations. I also oversee all new and largest account billing configurations and audits, as well as work directly with executive leadership, marketing team, Customer Success, and operations management on new pricing and promotional program roll-outs to ensure successful integration. A portion of successful integration of third party billing software into a variety of company-owned systems includes modifications to coding via API language and advanced technical configurations within third party software, which I also have experience in.I have a strong background in purchasing and procurement related to contract management, and am currently pursuing the Certified Federal/Professional Contract Manager (CFCM/CPCM) certification via membership in the National Contract Management Association (NCMA). This pursuit began with my experience at Southwest Research Institute as a Subcontract Specialist where I gained experience working directly with project management teams and executives on supporting large Federal government contract bids for NASA, the US Air Force, JPL, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, and other large space science and aeronautical research organizations. I then furthered my procurement experience into the field of Clinical Research at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio as an Agreement Specialist, negotiating terms and conditions of clinical research agreements.
