Founding member of the company, responsible for all company operations, particularly as they relate to financial operations. Also responsible for the recruitment, retention and training of all of our 100+ agents throughout our 5 offices. Review, critique and interpret all contracts and ensure compliance with all real estate laws, rules and regulations. Supervise and participate in transactions spanning all facets of the real estate industry including residential and commercial sales, residential and commercial property management and leasing, investment, developmental, relocation and corporate. Primary decision maker as it relates to marketing, corporate branding and expansion. In less than 3 years, was able to lead the company to profitability and it is currently the market leader in our primary service area with gross sales outpacing our competition.

One of a five member Commission that is a recommending body that reviews zoning applications such as Rezoning, Preliminary Development Plan, Area Plan, and Use Permits as well as policies and Zoning Code amendments. The Commission reviews development and land use requests in accordance with the County's adopted General Plan, Zoning Code, and County adopted plans and policies to make a recommendation to the Board of Commissioners.

Reserve Division Commander

Actively recruited by the company to hold responsibility for management of one of their 4 offices and was charged with recruiting, retaining and training all agents in the office. Had accountability for as many as 20 direct reports but also routinely provided training and tutelage to all 250 agents throughout the company. Conducted contract review, interpretation, and handled dispute resolution. Ensured compliance with all real estate laws, rules and regulations while also seeing that all ethical guidelines were followed. Participated in and supervised transactions including residential and commercial sales, residential and commercial property management and leasing, investment, development and corporate.

As a field training officer (FTO), I was responsible for providing new officers on-the-job training in the field once they graduated from the police academy. This included training in law, criminal procedure, defensive tactics and investigative process. As a detective, I was responsible for all aspects related to the investigation and prosecution of crimes against persons, such as homicide, armed robbery, aggravated assault and rape, as well as property crimes including burglary, auto theft, identity theft, fraud and forgery.

Listed, marketed, and sold residential, commercial, and developmental real estate handling millions of dollars worth of transactions each year. Had responsibility for the total transaction from inception through the execution of the contract. Required to be acutely proficient in the interpretation and creation of all types of real estate contracts and agreements and be well versed in contract law. Consistently led the company in total dollar volume of sales as well as transactions.
