After working in Higher Education for many years, I ventured into the corporate world of Information Technologies. I worked for Apple Computer in a contract capacity for a few years as Manager of Training and Development for three large support centers. I left to take my first Systems Administration role in the Graphic Arts industry supporting 80 Macs and Mac servers. Added MCSE training to my repertoire and began the successful consulting company, C-3 Technologies, which I ran for 9 years before joining The Runbeck Companies, as IT Director in 2007. In this role, I directed all information technology for the fast-growing Runbeck Election Services as they expanded operations outside their home state of Arizona and into Florida, California, and beyond. Capitalizing on my Project Management experience, I decided to pursue my Project Management Professional certification with PMI, International. I received my certificate in June of 2010, and then took a position with the City of Mesa, AZ as a IT Project Manager in August of 2010.
