Past Projects: Network Security Infrastructure, SCADA Security Enhancements, Security Proxy Server Upgrades. Conducted RFP and selection of web design for the Mesa Arts Center; Managed business requirements and configuration design for implementation of Accela Automation. Project Manager with primary responsibility for several sub-components of a 34 Month, City-wide ERP implementation. Directed all CSR training activities for three large technical support call centers supporting Apple Computer, Compaq, and UPS. Trained hundreds of support reps, working closely with local employment agencies. Developed training programs that improved retention of CSR's by 50% and greatly improved our quality of support.
