- Built and led a team of five and developed a digital product strategy to grow revenue by 10x in EMEA regions, owning our roadmap, backlog, GTM strategy, and budget- Partnered with the CPO and CTO to craft strategic materials, translating technical investments, OKR progress, and decision requirements for multi-year planning and executive advisory boards- Conducted market research, developed a business case, and successfully launched two 0-1 product solutions processing domain-specific unstructured data

- Led user-centered workshops to identify user requirements and objectives (PRDs), yielding five secured deals with a combined annual recurring revenue (ARR) of $30M- Constructed a standardized cost sizing model for solutions architects to utilize in pricing cloud SaaS deals, streamlining our GTM deal cycle from two months to just two days

- Led CAPCO’s research workstream to build partnerships with key vendors (e.g., Forrester, Global Data, etc.) and proprietary research accelerators - Developed a 3-year corporate strategy for a private equity’s portfolio company outlining department initiatives to achieve financial, talent, & growth objectives - Built an org. and change management strategy for CTO & CIO of a Commercial Bank modeling the impact of 30% personal headcount reduction, location strategy, & client service changes - Developed go-to market strategy for a national wealth management firm to launch a Corporate Registered Investment Advisor umbrella with competitive services that allowed the company to continue their RIA growth acquisition plan

• Created a competitor analysis of SKU pricing & designs, resulting in new product development • Completed an analysis of 50 competitors’ client and investor facing media capabilities including e-commerce, website, in-store, & social media

• Established new clients in the New York branch, specifically API opportunities• Created new marketing materials company card, value propositionpresentation• Set up promotional events (i.e. Bar Convent Berlin)

• Developed the “Citi Next Gen” outreach initiative that simulated the art auction experience to educate the next generation of private wealth clients on how to build their art portfolio, resulting in net new client relationships & the program becoming a key offering within Client Advisory
