My main focus centres around delivering a comprehensive range of TMMi-related services on a global scale. This includes conducting TMMi assessments, delivering TMMi training, mentoring staff, and assisting organisations in preparing for assessments. My enthusiasm for Process Improvement is evident, and I have played a pivotal role in assisting numerous organisations worldwide in enhancing their testing processes and attaining TMMi certification.I also deliver presentations on TMMi activities at conferences, special events, and for clients as required.

I have taken on the role to look after accreditation for the TMMi Foundation with a small team of reviewers as the activities of assessments continues to grow with the introduction of local TMMi Chapters.

Responsible for the focus on training activities for Planit Testing Services in the UK. I have a real passion for the industry which has come from many years of being thoroughly immersed in the day to day work. I am a firm believer that we should all expand our skills and knowledge not just through training but also reading articles, blogs, listening to others, going to conferences etc. I like to people to have their own view on where "our" industry is going by being engaged in it. I am passionate about people extending their skills and knowledge and learning from their own experiences. So linked to this, a key part of the work we all do should involve process improvement.I thoroughly enjoy helping others realise their own testing potential not only as a trainer, but also as a speaker at many testing conferences worldwide. One of the advantages of being in consultancy is the opportunity to listen, talk with and give practical help to others in the industry.I have been involved in the testing certification since it started in 1996 as a founder member of the ISEB certification scheme. I then moved to ISQTB when it was established and I'm still an active participant as a Director of UKTB. I have been involved in TMMi Assessments since 2009 and currently a TMMi Lead Assessor. After establishing TMMi Professional and TMMi Assessor/Lead Assessor training courses for my previous company, I have trained many people worldwide in the subject.I am Accreditation Director of the UKTB, Vice Chair of the ISTQB Process Management and Compliance Group, Chair of Accreditation for the TMMi Foundation.

Responsible for the accreditation of all the ISQTB Courses in the UK for the UK Testing Board.
