Clive is an experienced finance professional who is responsible for managing our UK wide portfolio of SME investments. He helps drive FDC’s portfolio and risk management process, investor reporting as well as working closely with our clients to support and enhance the capital value of our investments. He joined the team in 2012 as Investment Director and led a number of debt and equity investments. Prior to that he spent 10 years with KPMG Corporate Finance working alongside mid-market privately owned and private equity backed businesses and then 3 years with RBS in the leveraged debt market. He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant having trained with PwC....................................................................................................................................FDC is an investment management business that supports established mid-market SME businesses and Property Developers in the UK, offering debt investments between £150,000 and £10m.We provide flexible long-term debt funding for growth capital, shareholder transactions and property development across the UK.In December 2022 we became part of Mercia Asset Management PLC who have c. £1.4 billion of funds under management and 134 employees across 12 locations in the UK.
