As the head of FM Services, I am tasked to expand our service offering and client base by ensuring robust service delivery and value. We are aligning services to client financial process, whilst providing full transparency via a web based logbook supported by 24/7 service desk.

Heading the provision of FM services to a wide client and property base across the Midlands & SW of England and supporting offices and teams in Birmingham and Bristol. Having previously managed Leeds and Manchester to bring order and efficiency to DTZ's FM offering.Supporting major clients in both design and management requirements together with strategic advice systems development, including British Waterways, Government Bodies and Investment institutions.Implement management systems and standardisation of service platforms including procurement, accounting, health & safety and training and recruitment.

Managing all aspects of multi let investment properties including large office accommodation, retail parks, and industrial units. Managing 360 properties across the Yorkshire area and Manchester responsible for the full facilities management of all properties. Main duties include: -• Building Services – prepare and ensure that planned preventative maintenance is carried out on schedule and within budgets. Monitor and record all essential services, paying particular attention to current health and safety legislation.• The tendering and management of all contracts, including utility services, ensuring best service and value. Supervision of all contractors, ensuring that works/services are completed to a satisfactory standard and comply with all health and safety related legislation and regulations.• Administer the service charge; prepare and set budgets, pass invoices for payment after allocation to service charge schedules and record computerised accounts. Dealing with budgets up to £500k.• Liaison with all tenants and clients and deal with all matters and queries including security, tenant contractors, fire and visitor safety. • Work closely with project teams during major redevelopment and refurbishment works undertaken by the owners and tenants.• Manage all health & safety programs to ensure compliance to company standards including computerised monitoring and confirmation systems.• Identify client needs and requirements with a view to cross selling business services and development of company brand. • Managing up to 10 members of staff including Buildings Managers.
