Clive Gresham has over thirty years’ experience as an Advisor and Finance Professional with considerable leadership and hands-on experience in supporting Boards and businesses through Financial and Operational transformation and restructuring. Prior to establishing Gresham Considine LLP, Clive worked in the Middle East with Ernst & Young in their Restructuring Practice working with Private Companies and Financial Institutions in an advisory capacity. More recently he was Group General Manager and Advisor at Hellenic Bank PLC, responsible for stressed and distressed lending portfolios. He has Board and Executive level experience, Involved in the disposal, closure, relocation and off-shoring of parts of a standalone Asset and Sales Finance business. He has undertaken roles as Interim Executive in stressed/distressed corporates, helping boards get to a successful restructuring and safeguarding the business. Clive offers unique lender insight as a Senior Banker and excellent stakeholder management skills as previous Head of Barclays Restructuring Team undertaking lead roles on high value restructuring cases with direct interaction with lenders, management teams, and advisors whilst dealing with the associated ,at times, differing stakeholder agendas.
