My managerial role includes prioritizing tasks, co-ordinating a weekly team briefing, and ensuring effective communication throughout. I am always keen to include the input of all the engineers I manage, and to promote a co-operative, joined-up way of working.I'm very logical and strategic in my thinking, which influences my day-to-day management decisions; I like to implement procedures properly and have an eye for detail.I am passionate about clear communication; both between the engineers I manage and also between ourselves and our customers, which I believe is crucial for us to achieve the very best outcomes for our projects.During my time at Torquemeters Limited I have developed my role to include a significant emphasis on engineer recruitment, and am actively looking to enhance and develop our existing team of outstanding engineers.
