His career has taken him from technical roles in UK, through service planning and sales roles in Europe, Middle East & Africa, to consulting and senior management roles in Asia Pacific and the US. Many of these years were spent with IBM.In 2004 he set up his own consulting and training company called 'Performance International' which specialized in Sales Effectiveness. In 2007, the company was merged with Metta Consulting to become the Metta Group, which Clive was the co-owner with Peter Anthony. Clive took over the whole company in 2015. The company is focused on enabling organisations to become more customer centric, by putting the customer at the centre of everything they do.He is a highly respected consultant, facilitator, author of the successful, "Four Keys to Sales Success" and renowned international speaker in the areas of ‘Sales Effectiveness and Customer Centricity’.
