At xneelo I built a new team and architected and delivered a world class software &infrastructure delivery orchestration service that's platform, operating system, provider& storage agnostic - enabling developers to quickly add new technology without anyconcern for hosting or underlying hardware. At time of writing this is rolled out as hostingdevelopment, staging & production customer facing environments for software engineering.The last half of 2020 has brought stability, reliability and fast deployment and updateautomation for all of software engineering's customer facing tools. The created ecosystemis currently hosting slightly over 300 unique services, each of which have multiple instancesand replicas across multiple data centres & cloud platforms all of which is fully automated and self healing.

Software architecture design and development for a world-wide voip & Unied Communi-cations provider. My position at VOSS ongoing development and sometimes redesign ofthe lower level components of their systems. Most notably I successfully re-architected, de-veloped & implemented a replacement internal messaging queue for background task man-agement and transactional processing signicantly improving overall system performance& stability particularly within large scale multi-node cluster environment deployments. Iwas also fully responsible for design and development from the ground up to productiondeployments at customers all support for the Microsoft ecosystem, Automated CustomerSupport workows & nally the AI systems to respond to user requests directly feedinginto customer support workows and device/account provisioning. Customers still run-ning VOIP management systems I designed include Harvard University & City of NewYork.

At AFB my role was to manage an international team of developers. I was hired in orderto bring architectural oversight and cohesiveness to a widespread group of internationaldevelopers from Kenya, Pakistan and South Africa, all of which worked remotely andreported to me. My role also included nancial and budget oversight for infrastructureand 3rd party services. Unfortunately only a few months after my arrival the investorsdecided to liquidate AFB, I was asked to stay on after the rst round of retrenchmentsand remained as one of the last technical people in order to shut down the last of theongoing services and amazon infrastructure.

I helped architect new products interfacing directly with internal systems at one ofAfrica's largest mobile networks as well as provided several proof of concept designs andimplementations for new products going forwards. Unfortunately the amount of travelinvolved had too much of an impact on my life and decided to part ways with Trinity.

Software architecture design and development for one of South Africa’s leading tourism destination suppliers. I helped design and then implemented a scalable, distributed cloud based infrastructure for the new Go2Africa websites on which all future web deployments will be based. The new design allows in-house staff to not only be able to edit content centrally for all websites within the pages themselves, but also to be able to create new full web pages with instant deployment and ”in-live” real-time editing including to the legacy back-end systems.

Software design and development for financial and mobile systems. These systems provide internal APIs for in house software as well as external APIs and interfaces to clients' financial systems and mobile and airtime services. I've also developed embedded software for sales and swipe-card terminals which interact with our APIs. Star120 has no other developers employed so everything developed by the company was developed by myself and all system and databases in place are monitored and controlled by me as well. Much of my time was spent also mentoring my team which completed the embedded software under my direction, using the base framework and cross-compilation environment I'd created.

First person shooter games modified so that people could play online against each other for money. I worked on modifying several games to include visuals as well asthe backend integration. We also developed several Facebook applications and games where people could play games in Facebook and win actual prizes.

AtPoint45 I was required to use my extensive web and database experience to help designand maintain a complex online gaming system. Players from all over the world can haveonline credit accounts which they use for playing the games we have created. These userscan then play either against the gaming machines we developed, or against other onlineplayers. There is also an interface to several of the world’s largest lotteries for online ticketpurchasing.

At Adaptware I was responsible for analysis of all project requirements and oversaw the development of all projects. My teamconsisted of two graphic artists, four programmers and two marketing specialists. We completed six full projects during my stay at Adaptware as well as an additional fiveenhancement projects to clients’ existing software. I developed interactive gsm(sms), database and web communication softwareusing c, mysql and php for use at Swiss Expos where our company wished to showcaseour technological capabilities. I maintained the company’s internal networks and serversfor the South African offices. I also installed and maintained Enterprise Portal servers forclients. I was responsible for managing all IT equipment, software and maintenance asrequired.

UNIX programming and analysis, comprising of Flexgen (COBOL 4GL), shell scripting, cand Perl. I participated in the creation of many diverse projects all of which where requiredby approximately 450 - 500 retail stores and warehouses across Africa. For all systems,the greatest emphasis was placed on security and stability. I was also responsible for thedevelopment of intranet and internet web applications using visual basic, asp, VBScript,javascript and Perl (CGI). These responsibilities ran from initial system analysis and userinteraction, to final delivery and support of the product.
