It is the glue of society and the key to a flourishing organisation such as Frotcom. To deliver projects successfully, I believe one needs to identify a simple strategy, have 100% commitment and a positive attitude [and a sense of humour ;-) ] to face the unexpected challenges that arise.I’m a performer who moves easily from strategising, planning to implementation; without fear, and with an expectation of success. But life is also about balance.
