Influenced by my father, my love for business started at a very young age. This has also enabled me to bravely take risks and think out-of-the-box when doing business. I am an actively sociable person, and this has honed my ability to accurately read people. This trait got me into the business of people management and business consultancy – and this is how my journey began.My career started as a TechnoFunctional Consultant for before progressing into senior management echelon. With this experience, I decided to build my own company with several partners. Thus, RAMSSOL Group was born with an established partnership with Oracle offering PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud Fusion. Later, LARK - an all-in-one collaboration tool - was added to our portfolio to complete our list of services.Being in the field of human capital management, I realized that as an employer, I was not engaged enough with my employees. From here, my team and I decided to develop an interactive platform designed to make employee engagement fun and rewarding. Formulating Employee Engagement Talent (FEET’S) was born, being the first-of-its-kind mobile application targeted for employee engagement.In business and life, I try to keep the mindset of “there are no issues in my life, it’s just a new challenge to overcome” and to continue to persevere and be persistent towards my goal of growing RAMSSOL Group and to build FEET’S to be a world-class employee engagement app.
