I undertook due diligence and negotiated documents for investments by the euro 1.1bln EISER Global Infrastructure Fund and I was senior advisor and delivered transaction execution for quasi equity/mezzanine debt to Green Africa Power LLP a sub-Saharan Africa renewable energy fund.
