Providing HR Consultancy and coaching

Design and implementation of an organisation-wide change programme including a structural reorganisation, redefinition of roles and implementation of a competency framework and development programme. As a result of the project, we achieved a reduction in the lawyer to secretary ratio from 3:1 to 6:1 over a 2 year period. This was a senior level project role, reporting jointly to the HR Director and Managing Partner.Design and implementation of an innovative voluntary scheme to reduce employees’ working hours and introduce partly paid sabbaticals. The scheme resulted in higher than expected take-up (around 2% of employees), increased employee satisfaction and as a result of the scheme we managed to keep redundancies to an absolute minimum. It also had a positive impact on attitudes to flexible working in a very traditional working environment.Management of a major outsourced provider of document production services for the firm at an international level, including setting and monitoring KPIs and ensuring the service met agreed service levels at all times.Coaching managers and leaders on people management and performance issues.
