* United Edge's work is all about radical systems and alternative models for transformative change.* I lead our work on social and gender norms, with a focus on programme and workshop design, strategy, and community building. * I work with grassroots activists and organisations, as well as large NGOs to transform and accelerate their impact.

*Programmes portfolio management and growth - working with multiple grassroot partners across Africa and Asia on innovative, social norms based programmes to end female genital cutting *Monitoring and evaluation - developing robust MEL framework to demonstrate impact and effectiveness*Knowledge sharing - developing and rolling out Knowledge Sharing Workshops to convene local and national organisations to share best practice on ending female genital cutting

*Strategy development and oversight - core member of Restless Development's Programmes management team, developing strategy, tools and resources to ensure quality programme design across all programmes*Youth programme design - specialising in ensuring youth participation in all elements of programme design*Project management - leading Restless Development's ICS programme, working with 1000 volunteers on 14 projects in 7 countries*Budget management - working across multiple teams to manage £6m ICS budget*Donor reporting - quarterly project reports to Senior Leadership Team and DFID *Quality assurance management - oversight and management of quality assurance on ICS*Capacity building - talent development across 8 global teams

International Citizen Service is a UK government funded development programme that is building a generation of active citizens across the UK and in developing countries. Young people from all backgrounds are making a difference to global poverty through ICS.In this role I led the selection of over 300 young people from across the UK ensuring that a diverse number of young people had access to this programme.
