I’m a Creative person with a very logical brain & so I thrive in crafting websites which look good AND are full of seamless functions that are built to improve your workflows & client process.I’m truly passionate about creating a freedom lifestyle where you have time to spend with your family, travel the world or simply sit and watch Netflix while knowing your business is working and working well at that. I believe that starts with having a SOLID foundation to enable your business to always scale and work (even when you’re not). I strongly believe in todays world, that starts with solid tech foundations. I have experience setting up CRM systems, LMS platforms, e-Commerce stores, Community Platforms with forums, documents, video library etc, booking systems, mailing lists and more which can ALL integrate to your WordPress Website.

Managing all Admin aspects of our family run Italian Take-Away business & occasionally helping in the Take-Away too. This can include anything from simply making home-made pizzas & updating our menus to more complex tasks such as updating our payroll, contracts, managing rotas, hygiene standards and more.

A role split 50/50 between Sales Executive & Events Coordinator which allowed me to have a very busy, varied role and day. • I succesfully identified potential leads and nurtured existing client relationships.• Worked to maximise hotel capacity both in terms of M&E functions and bedroom occupancy and played an integral role in meeting the sales target set for our team and overall profitability of the hotel.• I was the appointed by Sales & Reservations manager to carefully identify leads across all departments of the hotel to close long term corporate contracts with new clients and in my short time in the role managed to secure our hotel a total of 5 for 2023/2024.•I was also tasked with managing all aspects of our corporate Christmas Party nights from dropping leaflets to potential clients in person to co-ordinating the nights with all companies and staff on the nights.•Face to Face Selling by bringing potential clients on "show-arounds" of the hotel for conferences, meeting & events. accommodation and weddings in the absence of our wedding coordinator. • Created function sheets for all hotel departments ensuring no detail was left out to support each department and ensure each bill, final numbers were posted and correct before sending to accounts for balances to be settled.• Ensured to conduct pre and post event outcomes and communicated all feedback to relevant HOD.• Overall supporting my team & other departments to create smooth organised, meetings, conferences and events that our guest/clients will remember for years to come.• Responsible for auditing our hotel website and presenting and issues or ideas for changes to the digital marketing team.

•Built & executed a social media strategy across YouTube, TikTok, Facebook with a strong focus on Instagram through competitive research.•Created a centralised library by planning & creating engaging on brand video/photo content to ensure it can be used on TAPiTAG socials, website, amazon shop & in sales calls.•Provided a weekly report of statistics, insights & growth across all channels to company directors.•Researched & reached out to micro & macro influencers for gifting opportunities to generate UGCSome campaigns I focused on in this role included:•Developing a series of detailed User Guide videos to take the customer through setting up and changing their profile.•Creating & executing a weekly post to collaborate with other companies we partnered with.•Creating & executing a series called “Tech Talk” whereby we spoke live with our customers to answer questions and allow them to offer feedback to improve our platform. This helped to increase engagement & further drive our value of making the connection.

•Dancer in 8 rotational, live shows performed over a 2 week period 6 nights per week in 4/5 star resorts.•Day time entertainer which involved speaking to guests to ensure they are having an enjoyable stay & leading activities such as kids club, aqua gym, yoga & other sports activities.

•Ensured all billing was correct across all individual room reservations, block group bookings, PM & M&E accounts before it went to accounts receivable.•Provided full SOP training to new staff while continuing to guide and assist both them and current staff with daily duties to achieve departmental targets. •Assisted in managing staffing levels to cover the business needs by creating rosters & conducting interviews for potential new hires.•Maintained a good working relationship with other hotel departments in order to ensure a smooth running of the hotel.

• Experienced in Opera PMS, Microsoft suites, multi-line phone systems & OTA bookings.• Worked with a sales attitude to promote the hotel services & facilities to the large volume of calls & emails we received daily to maximise room occupancy at best rates for both individual & block group bookings. • Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude with strong ability to use an analytical approach to problem solve under high pressure in order to deliver an outstanding guest experience. • I also used Opera to allocate bedrooms, check guests in & out, action departmental traces, flag VIP guests to the relevant managers & more.• Awarded overall employee of the month for July.
