I joined Crowe Advisory in 2015. Previously I worked with Newmarket Consulting since January 1997 providing consultancy and advisory services to clients across various areas. My specialist skills include business development, business planning, strategy, innovation, integrated marketing and mentoring. I enjoy the mix of working on projects in arts and culture, creative industries, education, health and social care and tourism.I have worked in multi-national and owner-managed environments, nationally and internationally. Before working in consulting, I worked in marketing in the media, leisure and electronics sectors in Ireland and the UK. My international experience includes being Key Accounts and Marketing Executive with Seymour International (part of BBC, emap, Haymarket) and ifm electronics in London. This diversity has allowed me to develop a versatile skill set, which adds value to a range of projects.I was Chair of the David Manley Emerging Entrepreneur Award in 2008 and 2009. I am a mentor for Fáilte Ireland, Dublin City and Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Local Enterprise Offices.I graduated from Dublin City University in 1993 with an honours degree in International Marketing and Languages (German and Spanish) and graduated from NUI Maynooth in 2010 with a Masters in Sociology. Through my thesis, “Networks and Innovation: A sociological study”, I studied societal and organisational change and gained in-depth insights into the theory and practice of networks and innovation.
