- Took on a role as an analyst in Operational Central Excellence to analyse Ocado Logistics (OL) KPIs and both provide and recommend solutions to maximise operational efficiency.- Involved in creating OL and Ocado Retail Limited reports for the new Customer-Fulfillment-Centres (CFCs) of Andover and Purfleet prior to their respective launches.- Provided adhoc cross-department analytical solutions upon work-request including data extracts, automation and dashboard requests. - Developed technical skills in SQL (BigQuery/ Oracle), Google Apps Script, Google-Sheets, PgAdmin and Google-Forms.- Gained intermediate level fluency in SQL and JavaScript/ Google Apps Script Language.
