Description:1. Leading the Sales and FAE team, 6 direct report in China (3 sales and 3 FAE), 4 dot line report (1 sales and 1 FAE in Japan, 1 sales and 1 FAE in US), for Lenovo WW (China, Taiwan, Japan and US), across Mobile (include Moto), PC and Server (include IBM x86).2. Team working with Taiwan ODM team, for the projects co-work b/w Lenovo and ODM (Compal, Wistron, Foxconn, Quanta and etc).3. Co-work with TI regional sales team for the solution introduction and the biz development.4. Weekly/monthly/quarterly sales target planning and driving, including project milestone setting/review, the revenue/backlog fcst and fulfillment, relationship improvement plan and execution, and etc.5. Team hiring/training, including the close-loop discipline, problem solving and thinking logic, presentation skill, account management, and etc.6. The account strategy planning, alignment and implementation, across 3 branch sales teams, 10+ BU. Including the key opp analyze/drive, marketing/account events planning, the resource assignment/deployment.7. Identify the key customer contacts, involve the internal resource, leveraging the executive appointment and follow-up, biz development and BU, and the distributors. To build the account relationship maintenance matrix and the supporting framework, across the customer engineering to SVP.Key Achievement:1. 3x TI revenue in Lenovo WW, 20x revenue in Lenovo mobile biz.2. 3 times yearly supplier award by Lenovo.3. In Lenovo x86 server, move to the mainstream supplier for the mainboard DC/DC from 0, and DIN the CPU power for Lenovo latest generation.4. No.1 analog supplier in Lenovo PC, including CPU core power, charger, DC/DC, MCU and etc.5. No.1 general analog supplier in Lenovo Mobile, including the backlight, flash driver, charger, gauge and etc.6. Co-work with 3rd party, DWIN DLP (core chip, $x0/set) in Lenovo Yoga Android Tablet.7. Co-work with ODM, DWIN OMAP (AP, $x0/set) in Lenovo 1st and 2nd android tablet.
