This involves the coordination of part orders, ensuring they are processed in a timely manner while considering factors such as inventory levels, production schedules, and order requirements. Additionally, the role involves documenting part orders accurately, resolving issues promptly, and implementing continuous improvement strategies to contribute to the overall goal of streamlining the supply chain and supporting efficient order management and customer request."• Schedule and process Parts Order - Order entry from customer purchase order documents and provide orders details for customer reference.• Freights and logistics coordination with Parts Order - Provide shipping documents, dims/weights and ready dates of delivery of orders to customers and freight forwarder• International documentations with Parts Order - Creates shipping documents (Commercial Invoice and Certificate of Origin) for customer reference and Custom clearance• Manual Lead Times - Provides earliest shipping date of parts to customer• Freight Invoicing• Warranty Claims Processing - Validate, complete and approved submit manufacturer’s claims.• Creation of RMA and Global Warranty - Creates warranty claims cases and return to manufacturer cases• Adhoc and Reporting• Generates Metrics Report for Processed Claims and ASA Cost
