Duties:Responsible for all PA duties for the Chief Executive including:• Intensive diary and itinerary management.• Prioritisation of the Chief Executive's workflow and correspondence whilst progressing actions on their behalf.• All domestic and international travel and accommodation arrangements for Chief Executive and Directors.• Preparation of documents including minute taking and drafting correspondence.• Liaison with senior colleagues internally and externally.• Coordinate cleaners for the company flat.• Source and arrange drivers and arrange social events.Accountable for all the business development needs of the organisation including:• Resourcing all new business opportunities and prospects to the centre. • Preparing research papers to develop options in relation to market competitiveness.• Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with existing and potential clients.• Coordination of all promotional marketing and related material for the organisation including the facilitation and Management of all networking events. Responsible for all aspects of running and maintaining the organisation of the business centre including:• Implementation and management of the Portfolio Maintenance Schedule and the maintenance team.• Oversee and improve all business centre procedures, CRM, SOP.• Preparation of contracts, proposals and monthly invoicing together with a forward planning renewals process.• Coordination of all IT / telecoms installation and contract oversight.• Office management including staff record keeping, inductions and ordering supplies.• Implementation of all aspects of the Health & Safety at Work Act for the organisation.
