I am a Managing Director in Ankura's Tampa office. I have been providing consulting and expert witness services in various business disputes, complex commercial litigation matters, and financial investigations since 1994.I have assisted clients with disputes in the following areas: post acquisition, breach of contract, construction, bankruptcy, intellectual property infringement, breach of fiduciary duty, eminent domain, lost earnings capacity, discrimination, wrongful termination, product liability, and alter ego. I have provided expert witness testimony in State and Federal court cases and an arbitration panel.I have conducted financial and accounting investigations, developed and analyzed damage claims in litigation and non-litigation matters, and analyzed financial transactions in bankruptcy matters involving preference/fraudulent conveyance claims. My experience includes development of complex financial models, as well as compilation, organization, and analysis of large volumes of historical data through the development of databases.I am a Certified Public Accountant (1998) in the State of California, and not registered in the State of Florida. I hold a Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) accreditation conferred by AICPA. I am a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) conferred by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
