Hi, my name is Clyde Govender and I am currently looking to gain experience as a CAD draughtsman.I am completing a qualification in Computer-Aided Design and Drafting through Brigham Young University Idaho.I am a Certified Solidworks Drawing Tools Professional and proficient in Autocad. Recently I completed a basic course in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.I have 12 years of experience running my own installations business in the construction industry. I pay great attention to detail and have the ability to learn just about anything through self-study. I have excellent customer service skills having worked for more than 20 years in the customer service industry.I have a qualification in bookkeeping with extensive experience working with finance for several organizations over the past 10 years including a manufacturing company where I held concurrent positions as Bookkeeper, Imports & Exports Clerk, and Office Administrator; as well as managing the books, administration, and tax of my own carpet cleaning business. This also includes a concurrent position held over the past 21 years as a Lay Minister in an international church organization where one of my duties involves the administration of sacred funds which are audited bi-annually by the church’s audit department.In addition to this, I can work effectively on my own or in a team, I am good with people, and I have a passion for technology, learning, and helping others. As a husband and father of three young children, I take all my responsibilities seriously, and I am looking to build a stable career with the right company.
