Clyde is a versatile, exceptionally skilled, and meticulous professional with a diverse background, strong analytical skills, and a curious mindset. Prior to joining MVA, he specialized in commercial real estate finance at Medalist Capital and in investment sales at Marcus & Millichap advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of commercial property. Previously, he spent almost twenty-five years in the global capital markets in New York, London, Tokyo, and Charlotte working for Salomon Brothers, Credit Suisse and Bank of America covering many of the largest institutional investors in the world. His educational background in Industrial Engineering and Law brings a unique problem-solving and analytical approach to everything Clyde undertakes.Outside of work Clyde remains actively involved in the community. He is on the Advisory Board of the USO Charlotte Center, and past board memberships include Patriot Charities and Neighbors for a Safer Charlotte. He is a licensed real estate broker in NC and SC, a licensed General Contractor in NC, and a licensed attorney in NY. His hobbies include physical fitness, reading, and geopolitics. He is married and has three children.
