CurrentResponsible for all food and beverage, providing a high quality efficient service; Organising and planning events, conferences, weddings, productions and all other such functions; Working closely with the organizers of events In-House/Outdoor to create tailor made menus and themes to suit their needs and budgets; Managing the overall Food and Bar operations, including all financial and budgetary duties, stock structure; Develop strong teams, develop rotas to ensure staffing at all time, including open and closing and at times locking up of the premises; Responsible for costing, stock controls and customer service; Ensuring that all company and legislative standards of Health and Safety, Hygiene Standards; Deal promptly with all maintenance issues and cleaning of the bar & Restaurant area; Ensure the highest quality control and maintain a consistence level of service; Marketing the product by personally dealing with every client to ensure that his or her needs, wants and suggestions are met.
