• Preparation of consumable statement month wise/year wise & variance analysis.• MIS preparation & other reports as per management.• Monitoring the Bill of Material & Routing.• Calculation of direct/indirect manpower cost, electricity & other overhead.• Checking of various contractors’ bills before processing for payment.• Verification of Supplementary invoices of Vendor & Customer.• Involved in preparation of RFQ.• Calculation of actual machine hour rate.• Calculation of actual cycle time required in a machine/process.• Physical verification of assets engaged in the manufacturing process.• Support for statutory audit during audit process.• Performed all the other tasks assigned by the seniors from time to time.

• Periodical review of Trial balances of various projects / offices. • Rectification of Accounts, preparation of various schedules/MIS etc. • Preparation of Periodical (Quarterly/Half yearly/Annual) depreciation statements- projects/offices as well as consolidated for the corporation as whole. • Providing necessary support for statutory Auditor during Audit and ensuring compliance. • Documents/reports for various offices, as required time to time.• Periodical Physical verification of Fixed Assets. • Identification and disposal of scrap. • Checking and verification of various contractors’ bills/employees medical bills/TA bills, and posting in system. • Timely settlement of employee advance- Imprest A/C.• Preparation of Monthly Progress report/various schedules and statement quarterly. • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation. • Handling of payments / Receipts through SBI CMP mode.
