Performed ongoing performance effectiveness analysis of shop floor charge codes, identified problematic areas and time discrepancies, and worked with the shop and program personnel to implement appropriate changes. Created an Access database to centralize tooling records for rotary fixtures shop, thereby assisting manufacturing planners in allocating workload and providing more accurate route tracking.
