Responsible for the development of new business as well as themanagement of existing clients, engagements and consultants within the Finance and Accounting service line for the Colorado practice of RGP. This includes continually developing new business by identifying target clients, networking, meeting with target clients, and selling all Resources’ service lines as well as cultivating and expanding existing business relationships through frequentcommunication and regular client visits. This also includes managing Consultant activities and communicating regularly with Consultants regarding additional client needs and/or other appropriate engagements in the pipelines.

West Region Of The Us

Responsible for the oversight and management of team of recruiters in the West region of the US. Service lines covered by team inluded Tax, Risk Advisory Services and Finance/Accounting Operations. The West Region encompasses Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, California, and the Pacific Northwest. As manager for a team of five recruiters, established a culture of continuous process improvement, ongoing professional development and cross-training, and superior customer service. The region enjoyed reduced costs while providing clients with value-added services.

Leveraging financial and human resources experience, managed both functions for the corporation’s Healthcare Finance/Accounting and Controller’s Divisions. Coordinated strategic human resources initiatives, including hiring/RIF, performance management, employee relations, and training/development of up to 300 staff members. On the finance side, performed monthly financial preparation, board presentations, cash management, financial forecasts, budget preparation/analysis, treasury management, and vendor relations. Human resource accountabilities included compensation and benefit administration, payroll, government reporting, administrative staff hiring, collaboration with legal counsel, and oversight of employee policies and procedures (including preparation of the employee handbook).- Took lead role in restructuring and expansion strategies, such as marketing/sponsorship activities, game operations, and other non-financial strategies.- Administered organization’s business insurance risk management programs.

Responsibilities included hiring, determination of personnel requirements, maintenance of university relations, and benefits administration, including EEO/AA compliance.
