Head Of Survey
Current• Heading up PRD Survey department responsible for survey, 3D Data capture, ScantoBIM, digital twins and all measurement related tasks, strategic directions, marketing and business development.• Support the tendering and early project stages in regard to Surveying, 3D Data capture, ScantoBIM and area measurement, special projects and project delivery.• Liaise with clients to discuss scope, area methodologies (IPMS, RICS, BOMA etc) and extent of projects.• Manage compliance of survey quality procedures.• Plan and establish procedures to ensure that all survey and capture operations, project schedules and milestones are achieved.• Recruit, manage, coach and assist surveying staff in all aspects of their duties.• Monitor project schedules, budgets & deliverables.Kev Achievements (to date)• Adoption of 3D Laser Scanning (terrestrial and mobile), ScantoBIM and 3D model (Revit) delivery into existing methods deliverable.• Streamline systems and best practice into Company policy.• Creation and implementation of mobile application for field surveyors to provide real time reporting on asset collection.• Lead the team to successful certification of Category A Surveying Consultant for Abu Dhabi Municipality Spatial Data Division.• Close dialogue with Abu Dhabi Municipality Spatial Data Division regarding Law No. 3.
