César Méndez is an Industrial Engineer, graduated from UNEXPO Barquisimeto, Venezuela, in 1999. He earned a Master’s in Business Administration in 2007 from the Instituto Superior de Educación, Administración y Desarrollo in Madrid, Spain. With more than 16 years of experience in the electrical energy sector in Venezuela, his career took a new direction in 2016, when, after participating in the recall referendum against President Nicolás Maduro, he was dismissed from his position for political reasons.Since then, César began working as a freelancer for various U.S. companies, discovering the advantages of generating income in dollars and the financial flexibility this model offers. After emigrating from Venezuela in 2019, he ventured into the world of company formation in the U.S., and in 2022, he co-founded Easy Business Solutions. This company was born with the goal of offering U.S. company formation services primarily for non-residents, providing a wide range of business services supported by strong strategic alliances.In August 2024, as part of his constant search for expansion opportunities, César became the CEO and co-founder of the U.S. & MX branch of Usina de Startup, a group of companies headquartered in Brazil, with a presence in over 12 countries across Latin America, Europe, and Africa. This group specializes in the internationalization of companies and startups through the creation of joint ventures. Currently, César works on the internationalization of entrepreneurs from various sectors, opening doors in both the Brazilian and Latin American markets, as well as in the U.S.
