Identified numerous issues working closely with design and architecture teams ensuring accurate and robust implementation of solutions.

Packet Media Gateways and Standards - Contributed to development of Next Generation product architecture strategy to support and interwork packet based telephony with legacy systems. Proposed and championed acceptance using open standards interfaces and protocols.• Represented Nortel in international standards bodies and industry forums. Instrumental in formal collaboration between Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) and International Telecommunications Union (ITU) to jointly develop the Media Gateway Control standard, MEGACO/H.248.
