Manage, promote and operate my own graphic design business. cDesign Graphics is a provider of branding/image development and turn-key design-to publication/delivery of print, web and electronic media.

Coordinate and approve all internal and external communications to a diverse audience while ensuring effective and concise communication, brand consistency and a Godly message for two church campuses. Communication pieces include but are not limited to printed materials (Order of Worship, Direct Mailers, Email Campaigns, Signage, Business Cards, Connection Group Catalog, etc.), creation and implementation of strategies for social media outlets, a strong web presence, radio, promotion of special guest speakers and Christian musicians performing at the church, etc. Created and successfully implemented a comprehensive Style Guide bringing consistency and standardized branding to First Colony. Worked directly with the Executive Pastor as we revamped church branding, including a new logo, color palette, style guide and website redesign. Coordinated marketing strategy for launch of second campus. Other duties include managing assistant, daily maintenance of website, design of communication pieces (sermon series artwork, logos, Order of Worship shells, posters, t-shirts, website graphics, etc.), work with ministers to create and implement successful marketing strategies for weekly, monthly and annual events, creation and editing of copy for all electronic and print communication pieces, continually developing my church communication skills through webinars, seminars, conference attendance, networking and market research.

Directed the coordination of all marketing, design and branding requirements to elevate AiMSCO’s out-dated image to a modern, exciting and formidable brand to include consistent image/logo/colors and design,monitoring/responding to competitor’s marketing campaigns, contributing member of the team that sets product pricing, public and tradeshow presence, built and maintained library of over 7000 product photos for catalog production. Hands-on duties included management, creation and distribution of annual 600-page catalog, monthly promotional flyers, company profiles/presentations, business cards, promotional give-aways and ad-hoc materials as well as maintained schedule of annual marketing events.

Evolved the Design Build brand to a national-caliber image. Built and maintained a contemporary and polished website to showcase all Design Build Company’s premiere residential and commercial projects. Designed and delivered all print materials to include monthly newsletter mailings, direct mail postcards, business cards and ad hoc collateral materials. Personally captured all professional photography of Design Build’s construction projects, maintained a library for repeat marketing usage and assembled submittal packages that effectively showcased Design Build accomplishments and won the company repeated annual awards for their work. Photography was featured in several Dallas magazines, including the covers.
