In both my professional career and my personal life, I have accrued a wide variety of experience. From being the static profile picture working on a computer alone to speaking on stage to a large audience, and everything in between; there has been little I haven't seen over the years. I have the luxury of having the experience that some would be happy to have gained over a lifetime. I believe that, what has connected me at being successful in anything that I do, is knowing that the most important driver of success is a vision with the ability to execute it. Both can be equally as challenging, but what I find amazing is when you have a dedicated team that is able and willing to execute that vision. That's what drives success, and that's what drives innovation. So, what truly motivates me is that vision that I see because vision is innovation and innovation is the future. And, who doesn't fantasize about the future?
