Managed and led team of 12 software engineers and data scientists for Joint Enterprise Modeling and Analytics (JEMA) application with budget of $5M+. Led JEMA from prototype to full-scale production enterprise application with 7,000+ global users. JEMA provides a dynamic environment for custom analytic models using an intuitive ‘visual programming’ interface. Captured, defined, and managed software system requirements, timelines, release cycles, and business processes using Agile Kanban methodology for the development of 200+ JEMA functional capabilities to query, process, and analyze critical mission data. Developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), user documentation, and briefings for senior-level intelligence officials and decision-makers. Applied advanced data science techniques, particularly in the areas of geo-spatial cloud-based big data processing using combination of quantitative and mission-focused qualitative methods. Analytic design created 1 trillion+ entities in compute phase, summarizing 500M+ records into 100,000+ enriched and contextualized records, providing manageable and highly usable results for analysis of high-priority mission areas.

Founded and led cross-functional division of software product managers, graphics designers, and technical writers focused on the design and development of products for mission customers using Agile + Kanban. Division provided ubiquitous support throughout corporate products and unified organizational processes for product development and design, providing consistent delivery of capabilities for over 1,500 global users. In less than a year, grew division contract portfolio from $0 to $5M+ and increasing staff profile. Successfully delivered unique proof-of-concept mobile applications for WINDSHEAR iPhone development project for the US Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) - Project and Product Manager for team of 5 software engineers for US Army iPhone app development project with $3M+ budget. Led the design, development, and delivery of 5 proof-of-concept mobile applications. WINDSHEAR demonstrated full-spectrum sensor and processing capabilities of the iPhone as part of “every soldier as a sensor” concept. Delivered all software and features ahead of time and exceeded customer expectations in demonstrating clear value of smartphones in warfighting applications. Innovative Product Development collaboration with Advanced Visualizations and Workflow design team - Led product development team with budget of $3M+ working directly with Cognitive Systems Engineers to design, develop, and deploy several advanced visualization dashboards for RT-RG Maritime Domain Awareness for the Joint Interagency Task Force South (JIATFS). As a testament to the resiliency of the designs and the team’s innovative approach, these designs are still in operational use almost 12+ years later.

Lead CSG Analyst for the CSG in Key West, FL at the Joint Interagency Task Force South (JIATFS). Brought both domain knowledge and geospatial analysis techniques to the JIATFS command and revolutionized the way that both the CSG and JIATFS did business. Exponentially increased the CSG contributions to the analysis process through innovative tradecraft methods. During this time, the CSG successfully assumed reporting authorities, enabling the unit to become a self-sufficient and widely respected production element.

Served as a Spanish voice language analyst (linguist), traffic analyst, and reporter. Through innovative processes along with a fresh perspective towards analysis, was one of three linguist/analysts selected to stand-up a brand new office. The new office's purpose was of particular national importance as the mission area had been considered a significant information gap for at least a decade prior to the creation of the mission office.
