As part of the Direct Response team, I lead the online and email fundraising efforts focusing on the core (<$1,000) donor audience. I develop, implement, and track digital campaigns to increase fundraising and grow the online donor audience. I am also charged with managing multi-channel digital advertising campaigns to coincide with emailing and direct mail efforts, as well as launching a peer to peer fundraising platform to offer new fundraising opportunities. Additionally, I advise on and integrate digital efforts across the NPF Philanthropy team to help amplify our collective impact.
Online Giving Officer
Responsible for building and executing the online fundraising strategy and communication for the National Museum of Natural History (NMNH). Utilizing Luminate Online, I optimized fundraising communications through list building activities, engagement emails, segmented newsletters, events communications, and customized donation pages. Served as lead on projects that leveraged the 7 million visitors each year to build a robust email database that allows NMNH to continue the conversation and inspire learning long after visitors have left the confines of the Museum. Provided ad hoc design work that included web banners, social media assets, save the dates, formal invitations, and donor cultivation pieces. Additionally, I was appointed as a core team member for the NMNH web redesign representing the Development Department. The appointment included content audits, design input, governance strategy, and compliance with Smithsonian privacy and security policies.

Manage and develop digital fundraising events, such as Lemonade of Livy, Purple Pumpkin Project, The Power of 1 and D-I-Y Fundraising that make up a budget of $500,000.
