CurrentDevelopment professional with more than 16 years of experience of working with International and nationally reputed NGOs, Government Departments, International Funding Agencies and Bilateral agencies in Health, Nutrition & Social Development program. Leading regional program team in designing and monitoring result based programming approach. Core areas of responsibilities handled are strategic planning (public and NGO sector) and organizational development; partnership management, institutional strengthening and thematic capacity building; policy analysis and advocacy; resource pitching, governance and risk management. I have experiences in designing , leading, and managing result based logical program approach in diverse geographies across regions in India .I have years of experience in heading regional program division encompassing six states in the eastern region. While overseeing the regional and state programs I have been exposed to the some of the very critical components of Program management and Grant acquisition and developed expertise in Project planning and control, designing of thematic capacity building framework, result based programming framework, (MEAL)Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning process. Key responsibilities: Responsible for providing technical input in formulation of CRY program strategy in the thematic areas. As Head of program Division in Eastern Region Development support responsible for developing, and implementing the regional programming strategy, approach papers, Road map in alignment with the national program strategy. As part of the CRY second line leadership group, ensure Grant acquisition , proposal development and liasoning with corporate and represent CRY in Corporate Board meetings, lead guide and monitor the diverse technical program teams towards implementation of the programming strategy in six operational states in the eastern region.
